Rule-Specific Dry Run Settings
What is Dry Run Mode?

Dry run mode allows you to test cleanup logic without actually deleting any files. It shows you exactly what would be deleted, helping you validate your time-based cleanup settings safely.

Global Dry Run Setting

Global dry run is managed on the main Scheduler page.

Go to Scheduler Page

The settings below are rule-specific overrides that work alongside the global setting.
Rule-Specific Dry Run Settings

Rule-specific settings work alongside the global setting. If either global OR rule-specific dry run is enabled, no files will be deleted for that rule.

Default
66 series assigned
No time-based cleanup

Test Individual Series

Test cleanup logic for a specific series without affecting other series.

Dry Run Tips
  • Two-level protection: Global setting on Scheduler page + rule-specific settings here
  • Always test first: Enable dry run for new rules to see what would be deleted
  • Check the logs: Look for "DRY RUN:" messages to see planned deletions
  • Per-rule control: You can enable dry run for just specific rules
  • Safe testing: No files are ever deleted when any dry run is enabled
